1. Bookings and payment conditions.
Bookings can be made by internet at www.iHoliday.it or by phone or directly at the iHoliday office. iHoliday will send each customer within 48 hours a written booking confirmation via e-mail or other method requested by the customer. The confirmation includes all the necessary information about the accommodation, directions how to get there and confirmation of the reservation and payment. The document must be handed over to the key holder upon the arrival. Payment is made via bank transfer. It can be also made in cash directly at our office or by other agreed method in which case the booking will be effective upon the receipt of the remittance. For each booking a non reimbursable registration fee of 20 Euros is applied. Special accommodation requests require written confirmation.
2. Services and Prices
Prices vary according to length of stay and the stage of the season. Gas, heating and electricity costs are included in the rental price, unless otherwise indicated. Heating costs outside the timed heating period will be charged as extra. The final cleaning of the apartment must be done by the customer. Other available optional services (i.e.: final cleaning, bed linen, other services offered by third parts, etc.) must be paid on the spot if not included in the contract and paid with the reservation. All the information regarding the resort and its infrastructure have been supplied by third parties. Possible changes might not be communicated to us. Water supply, gas and electricity can be subject to interruption. iHoliday cannot be held responsible for these cases, nor for adverse weather conditions. The description of the apartment may be subject to change; customers will be informed about this at the moment of the booking and confirmation. In the case of changes, related to essential parts of the contract, occurred after booking and confirmation, we offer guaranteed total reimbursement, without extra cost, within 5 days. Up to 30 days before the arrival date the rental price may be subject to change due to increases, introduction of new taxes or exchange rate fluctuation.
3. Arrivals, departures, and length of the stay
The length of stay, date of arrival and departure are shown in the contract. Guest must arrive between 4:00 pm and 7:00pm and depart by 10.00 am. Guest are requested to contact the key holder if unable to comply the above schedule in order to arrange a new appointment. Address and phone number of the key holder are indicated in the confirmation document. No refund will be made for partial stay (i.e.: postponed arrival or early departure) due to personal reasons, travel difficulties or unforeseen events.
4. Client cancellation policy
Cancellation made by the customer is subject to the following penalty (calculated on the stay price).
For the apartments with the code starting with : AM, BM, CC, CM, CP, CR, GR, MA, MP, MT, NX, OS, OT, PC, PE,PL, PO, PR, PS, PT, SA, SE, SM, ST, TG, TO, TR, VI, VS:
    20% from 29 to 20 days before the arrival date
    30% from 19 to 15 days before the arrival date
    50% from 14 to 8 days before the arrival date
    75% from 7 to 5 days before the arrival date
    100% beyond that term

For the apartment with all other starting codes:
    10% up to 45 days before the arrival date
    30% from 44 days to 29 days before the arrival date
    70% from 28 days to 2 days before the arrival date
    100% from the day before the arrival.
5. iHoliday cancellation policy and replacement
In case of unforeseen circumstances, iHoliday can replace the booked apartment with an equal alternative in terms of value. iHoliday can also cancel the reservation and refund the entire amount to the customer in case of special and unforeseen events (natural disaster, unavailability of the apartment due to heavy damages, sale of the accommodation by the owner).
6. Customer obligations
The deposit, if required, must be delivered in cash to the key holder upon arrival. The key holder has the right to deny the delivery of the apartment key in the event that the guest does not comply with this rule. Deposits are returned in full to the guest by the key holder at the moment of departure, provided there are no damages to the apartment. The key holder may refuse entry into the apartment to an excessive number of people who are not mentioned in the contract. Guests using the apartment must respect all the rules of good neighbourliness. Cleaning of kitchen utensils and materials must be done by the client.
7. Complaints and Refund policy
iHoliday devotes special attention to the descriptions of the apartments and their features. However, if a customer should be unhappy with the difference to the booked apartment, we recommend they address the problem directly with the key holder.  Please note that the key holder is not authorized to decide about any reimbursement. Complaints are accepted only if presented to the booking office within three weeks from departure. If the accommodation should be substantially different to what is written in the contract, iHoliday will make every effort to offer an alternative in accordance with the contract. In case of unavailability or if a customer refuses for a valid reason the alternative on offer, iHoliday will refund the entire fee or the remaining rent days. iHoliday is not responsible in case of:
    a) Negligence or omission by third party services.
    b) In the case of an event which neither iHoliday or its representatives (for example, key holder) could have reasonably foreseen despite their care.
    c) Theft from the apartments.
8. Competent court Any dispute regarding this present contract will be dealt with exclusively by the Belluno Court. Obligatory communication relating to art.16 of L269/9. Prostitution and child pornography crimes will be punished with a custodial sentence, even if these crimes have been committed abroad.
