INFORMATION CONCERNING PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Informative document - Par. 13 of the Law issued on 30th June 2003, n 196
According to the Decree Law of the 30th June 2003, n 196, we supply all information about processing and managing of personal data, its transmission and diffusion, the nature of the data we are in possession of and its conferring.
Aims of data processing
We would like to inform you that the processing of personal data is used to send invitations and/or information about events, services and research. Personal data is also used for managing and organizing the booking procedures.
Mode of data processing
Data is processed by our information systems, which comply to the safety standard indicated in the Decree Law of the 30th June 2003, n 196. This data will be processed by the employees of our company, by the administration and sales staff and by our technical personnel when necessary.
Our database is frequently updated to include new data received in communications.
Transmission and diffusion of data
Data is stored by our company and used by our staff only. Data related to booking management will be communicated to the pertinent supplier of the purchased services.
In any case the date in our possession cannot be communicated to a third party, except the above mentioned supplier of services.
Data source
iHoliday srl is in possession of the personal data transmitted through its internet web site or other circumstances.
The conferring of personal data is not compulsory. For full cancellation or modification of the data, please contact privacy1@iHoliday.it at any time. In the absence of further communication, iHoliday is authorized to continue to use the data to send communication, information and offers.
